The cantilever towers design features four A-shaped supports spaced across U.S. 26 and two over Cornelius Pass Road. Protective railings are translucent in the drawings. Materials, colors and connection details are not decided.

The series of tall cantilevered towers support a ribbon of girders and trusses floating over the roadways. The tower design echos the trussed utility transmission towers found nearby. This design creates a landmark for the key intersection in the Regional Trails network.
