This project is a partnership between:

  • Washington County
  • Oregon Department of Transportation
  • City of Hillsboro
  • Hillsboro Parks and Recreation
  • Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District.

 

Together, our agencies will decide which design to move forward with. This project is limited to:

  • Selecting a preliminary design
  • Identifying possible features of the future trail connection
  • Developing cost estimates to complete design, obtain permits and build the bridges
  • Explore ways to build the bridges and trail connections in phases
  • Drafting a possible construction timeline

 

We will use this information to seek opportunities to pay for the design and construction of the bridges.
